Peace-of-Mind Return Policy

     We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and items need to be returned. You can return most items purchased in-store and online for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Some exceptions apply. Please see below for more details.

General

     Proof of Purchase (Including Receipts and Order Numbers). A refund or exchange will be issued based on the original tender, unless this payment method is no longer available, in which case store credit will be issued instead. Refunds are determined based on the purchase price listed on the receipt or other proof of purchase document. All applicable discounts and promotions granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the refund amount. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

     No Proof of Purchase. In this case, the return policy in place at the time of your return will be applied. An exchange or store credit will be provided based on the lowest selling price for the item, as well as all pertaining discounts and promotions.

     Gift Receipt. An exchange or merchandise credit will be provided for the purchase price shown on the gift receipt. All applicable discounts and promotions granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and factored into the credited amount.

     Gift Cards. Gift cards (including e-cards and credit) cannot be returned or redeemed for cash unless the total amount is below $10.00.

Specific

     Online. Eligible items purchased on gameologygames.com can be returned via shipping or at a physical store location. To start a return or if you have any questions, please contact us. Unless there is obvious product damage, you will be responsible for return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

     The refund process will be initiated upon receiving the item/s. If the original shipping was paid for by the store, the buyer may be charged that cost. Upon inspection, if said items are missing original packaging, used, or damaged they may not be eligible for a refund and susceptible to additional fees.

     Additionally, while we always strive to accurately fulfil online orders, it is possible you may receive different or additional items you did not order. If this occurs, please contact our team so that we can work with you to promptly resolve the issue.

     Manufacturing Issues. We strive to supply top quality items to enable the best gaming experience. If the purchased item contains a defect such as a broken or missing game piece (randomly assorted or drawn items such as trading card boosters, packs, and boxes do not apply), it may be refunded to the original tendor or replaced (in part or completely) with proof of purchase and is assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do recommend first contacting us, as well as the manufacturer, as there may be a replacement policy for that product. If this occurs, please contact our team so that we can work with you to promptly resolve the issue.

     In-Store Pickup. Items ordered for in-store pickup are held for 14 days. Customers will promptly be notified of their availability. After a 14 day period, unclaimed items will be reprocessed and the customer will be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. If you have paid for an item and need it held longer (i.e., vacation, travel for work, etc.) please contact us and we will gladly make an exception.

  • Gift certificates, credits, and single cards (except as required by law)
  • Perishable consumables such as food and beverages (may be refunded or replaced)
  • Art supplies (such as paint, glue, and brushes) and configurable figurine kits
  • Trading card singles
  • Warhammer Codices (starting with 9th edition)
  • Free items (as part of a promotion or prize)
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Goods marked “as is,” “all sales final,” “no returns accepted,” or with similar language*
  • Merchandise used or damaged after purchase*
  • Customized items received as ordered*
  • Products returned without their original package*
  • All Consignment purchases
  • Goods that cannot be resold due to health considerations, such as hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosive batteries, or gases*
